Who is
I am Óscar, a 31-year-old man who lives in Blanes, a charming corner of Girona. My body reflects years of dedication, constant effort, sculpted by a passion for sport and acrobatics. I am neither too tall nor too short, but my bearing is agile, light, as if the energy of each movement could overflow in an instant.
His discipline
As a teacher of acrobatics and body movement, I have become a guide for those who want to explore the limits of their own body. With patience and clarity, I help my students overcome fears, to understand that there are no impossible barriers when they are willing to cross them with the right control. I teach them to listen to their body, to recognize fear and turn it into an ally, to understand their limits not as borders, but as starting points towards personal growth.
